Rosters and gender identity to dominate AGSI conference

A Donegal Sergeant is hopeful that the Garda Commissioner will listen to the very real concerns among the force as the AGSI Annual Delegate Conference gets underway today.

The Commissioner, and Justice Minister Simon Harris are set to address the conference in Galway.

The Garda Roster is top of today's agenda as members have accused Garda Commissioner Drew Harris of trying to impose a roster without agreement, and have concerns around health and welfare.

Sgt Paul Wallace who is a National Executive Member for Connaught Ulster of the AGSI says it'll be interesting to hear how the Commissioner will justify some of his decision-making:
