The Rural Independent group of TD's will call for an increase in Core Social Welfare Payments when they announce their pre-budget submission this morning.
Strengthening Carer's support along with greater Agricultural support and more investment in roads infrastructure will also be high on their agenda.
They will also propose a significant energy credit scheme for the forthcoming winter which would be funded by windfall energy taxes.
