The possible sale of a run-down Leitrim cottage for less than the price of a family car has gained alot of attention internationally this week.
The cottage just outside Carrick-on-Shannon is county Leitrim will be auctioned online from Sunday until Tuesday.
The property is listed with REA Brady in Carrick on Shannon with an Advised Minimum Value of €25,000.
Joe Brady of REA says that they've been receiving a huge amount of interest today especially from the international market which he says is becoming more and more important for them:
