The Save Leitrim Group will march later today on the Dáil to highlight their concerns over the amount of the county that has been planted with Sitka Spruce.
Large numbers are expected to travel from Leitrim today to highlight the issue to a national audience.
Kinlough based County Councillor, Justin Warnock, is part of the Save Leitrim Group and says they are also attracting outside of the county for today's march.
