Scanlon blasts government decision to cut Rehabilitative Allowance

A Sligo Leitrim TD has blasted the Government over the decision to cut the Rehabilitative Training Allowance to new entrants.

The allowance for young students with a disability is worth €31.80 a week per student.

Fianna Fáil TD Eamon Scanlon  has described the decision to cut the payment as the most mean-spirited government decision of late.
