The scene of an accident on the N4 inner relief road in Sligo town has been cleared.
Emergency services were called to the scene following a minor collision between two cars at the turn off to John Street.
Access to John Street upper had been restricted for a time, but Gardaí in Sligo have informed Ocean FM News that the scene has since been cleared and the road is open to traffic again.
Repairs are taking place on a damaged traffic light at the junction today.
