Former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and former Tanaiste and Justice Minister Michael McDowell will be among the speakers at this year's online Seán MacDiarmada Summer School that takes place from June 4th to 5th.
MacDiarmada, one of the leaders of the 1916 Rising, was born in Corranmore, near Kiltyclogher in north Leitrim.
This year marks the centenary of the War of Independence, which is the theme of this year's summer school.
Beginning last year, the Summer School went online due to Covid-19.
