The search for a missing kayaker off the Donegal coast has reached a fourth day.
The man has been named locally as Paul Buchanan of Ramelton.
Mr Buchanan, who is in his 50s, had set off from Machaire Gathlán pier, north west of Gaoth Dobhair on Thursday evening last at about 7pm.
His kayak was found 5 kilometres north of Tory Island on Friday evening.
Bunbeg Coast Guard and Arranmore RNLI lifeboats are continuing to patrol the west and northwest of the county while Sligo-based Rescue 118 helicopter is also assisting in the search and recovery operation.
