Passengers flying into and out of Ireland West Airport across the weekend are being advised to check for updates with their airline.
Flights to and from Ireland West Airport have been hit with severe disruption on Saturday following overnight wind and rain from Storm Darragh.
A number of arrivals, which include from London Stansted, Liverpool and Luton have been diverted to Dublin.
The Ryanair service from Tenerife, has been diverted to Shannon.
Aer Lingus’ flight from London Heathrow which was due to arrive at Ireland West at 12.30 has been cancelled altogether.
Delays have also been reported to flights departing the airport with flights to Liverpool and London Heathrow cancelled.
Disruptions have been reported at other airports across Ireland, the UK and Europe with some knock-on delays inevitable as several airlines have aircraft out of position.
