The health of many people in the North West has Improved as a result of an innovative digital cardiovascular disease prevention and recovery programme.
That's according to Croi, a registered charity set up to prevent heart disease and stroke.
A recent report published by Croi has found that the scheme has delivered significant health improvements for participants.

As part of the programme treatment is being delivered to patients on line with the creation of a new interactive platform, which enables participants to access the programme from their own homes.
