Members of the public are being warned after what is being described as a ‘sink hole’ in south Donegal.
There are fears that a car could be swallowed up if the hole expands on the Shore Road in Mountcharles.

The council have been notified and the hole has been sealed off with remedial works expected to take place on Monday morning.
Coastal erosion and lack of road maintenance are often blamed for ‘sink holes’.
