An investigation is underway after a significant number of homes and a local shop were burgled in Skreen overnight.
It’s thought that up to twelve premises were targeted over the course of the night.

It’s not yet known what was taken during the spree of burglaries however anyone with information or any witnesses are being urged to come forward.
Gardai are keen to trace the whereabouts of a silver car and a 10ft long steel trailer.
