House prices in Sligo and Leitrim have risen in the 2nd quarter of this year.
From April to June, both Sligo and Leitrim have risen by 6% according to the latest daft.ie report.
Donegal however is the only county in the North West that has seen a decrease in house prices having fallen by 1%
Economist Ronan Lyons says the improvement in supply is having an impact.
