Two Art Centres in Sligo are set to share €655,000 in funding.
The Model is being awarded €345,000 while the Hawkswell Theatre is to receive €310,000 as part of a nationwide funding pot of €68.5 million under the Arts Centre Funding 2025.
The purpose of funding is to invest in and support the infrastructure of arts centres required to sustain and develop the arts in Ireland.
