Sligo – Connolly train service cancelled

Journeys scheduled to operate on the Sligo to Dublin rail line will not go ahead today.

Passengers hoping to use the service are being advised to that it is not running.

Fallen trees and other loose debris have blocked the line in several places.

While bus replacement services are also unavailable for the route.

Irish Rail have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
