The Standards in Public Office hearing into the conduct of Sligo Councillor Joe Queenan is ongoing today.
The Independent Councillor from Enniscrone was filmed secretly by an undercover RTE reporter pretending to be from a renewable energy company.
The SIPO inquiry is to determine whether the responses that Cllr. Queenan gave on film are acceptable under the Standards in Public Office guidelines.
Cllr Queenan resigned from the Fianna Fail party after the footage appeared on an RTE Investigates programme broadcast in 2015.

Donegal Cllr John O'Donnell and Monaghan Cllr. Hughie McElvaney are also appearing before SIPO in the coming days.
