Sligo Councillor calls for investment in local link bus service

A Sligo Councillor has called for investment into an increase of TFI Local Link buses and believes it would be  a 'no brainer'.

Speaking on North West Today, Ballymote Tubbercurry Municipal District Councillor Paul Taylor has questioned the Exemplar Transport Projects report which was published on Tuesday.

Amongst the proposed projects was the increase of carpooling in the South Sligo area.

Councillor Taylor believes the TFI Local Link is a valuable service in South Sligo and should be the service that is invested in.
