A Sligo councillor is raising questions about Eir's customer support and the working conditions of staff.
Sligo is the headquarters for customer service nationally.
Sligo/Drumcliff Fine Gael Councillor Thomas Walsh says the utility is offering a premium service with, what he calls, a 'deplorable' level of customer service.
He believes a review needs to be undertaken quickly by Eir in relation to the centres customer service process

Speaking to OceanFM News, Councillor Walsh says he has been contacted by both staff and customers over the quality of service and working conditions.
