Sligo County Council has granted planning permission for 11 houses and six apartments in Strandhill.
It replaces a previous planning permission.
The permission now granted, for a site at Carrowbunnaun, is for two blocks each with four terraced houses and one block of three terraced houses.
There will also be a block of six 2-bed apartments, as well as amendments to a green area and road.

The previous plan for the site was for 14 apartments in two 2-storey blocks, a childcare facility and three apartments for staff.
