Roadusers are reminded that a number of events are taking place across the region over the weekend.
One of the bigger events in Donegal is the well-known Rory Gallagher Festival in Ballyshannon which is already underway.
A number of events are also taking place around Leitrim and Sligo.
The Cathaoirleach of Sligo, Fianna Fail Councillor Rosaleen O'Grady is launching the Sligo County Feadh in Tubbercurry this evening.

Ignatius Henry, PRO of of the county fleadh says the standard is very high and people should come and see the musicians over the weekend:
