A Sligo centre has received a glowing report by the health watchdog.
Benhaven, located in Sligo town was one of 40 designated centres inspected in April of this year, the details of which have been published today.
Compliances found at Benhaven included in staffing, premises, residents' rights and protection against infection.
Staffing levels and skill-mixes were found to be sufficient to meet the assessed needs of residents at the time of inspection.
Residents were also found to have received person-centre care that ensured that their wellbeing was promoted at all times and they were kept safe from all risks.
The centre had also ensured that appropriate insurance was in place as required by the regulations.
Benhaven was one of 16 centres within the report found to have a generally good level of compliance.
