A section of the dual carriageway on the outskirts of Sligo has now reopened following an earlier crash.
The two car collision happened the N4 Dual Carriageway, near Caltragh this morning, causing huge delays.
No injuries were reported.
An investigation has been launched and anyone with information is being urged to contact Sligo Garda Station.
