Journeys scheduled to operate on the Sligo to Dublin rail line are going ahead as planned today.
Fallen trees and other loose debris following Storm Éowyn blocked the line in several places on Saturday morning.

However, following work carried out by Irish Rail staff, a number of trees, branches and debris have been cleared on the line, allowing for safe passage of trains throughout Sunday.
