Collooney-based SL Controls is set to merge with Danish IT multinational NNIT which acquired the business over three years ago in a €17 million deal.
SL Controls will fully integrate with NNIT this month with CEO Keith Moran set to head up NNIT's smart factory and supply chain solutions unit.
Established in 2002, SL Controls provide equipment system integrated solutions to companies in a range of industries, including medtech, pharma, healthcare and technology.
The company also has offices in Dublin, Limerick, Galway and Florida.
It's understood that SL Controls' 150 staff in Ireland and the US will remain in place.
