A local representative from the 'Sligo for Life' movement has accused MPs in Northern Ireland that voted in favour of scrapping the ban on abortion of adopting a "mad pro abortion stance".
MP's have recently decided that if the power-sharing executive is not back up and running by October 21st they will lift the ban on abortion in Northern Ireland.
Tommy Banks is a member of the Sligo For Life movement, speaking earlier to Ocean FM he expressed his disappointment with Sinn Fein in particular for supporting such a move.
