Sligo Gardaí warn of increase in fuel siphoning from HGVs and trucks

Gardaí in Sligo are warning of thefts involving the siphoning of fuel.

There have been increased instances of fuel siphoning recently from HGVs and Trucks.

Gardaí are asking anyone with information or if they see something suspicious, to contact them at Sligo Garda Station.

Some tips are to park your vehicle in a well lit area and if possible to have to parked within range of a CCTV camera.
