A leading farm official has dismissed the practice of bogus complaints against farmers being lodged with Sligo County Council.
The IFA chairperson in Sligo has issued warnings surrounding the mental health of many farmers that are struggling with a number of challenges including the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Kathleen Henry says farmers woes are being added to in Sligo due to bogus complaints being made against farmers with the local authority and the Department of Agriculture.
