House prices are increasing across the region.
And those in County Sligo are leading the way.
According to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report for the first quarter of this year, prices increased by 11% in Sligo, followed by Leitrim at 8% and Donegal at 7%.
The average price of a house in Donegal is €142,000, in Sligo it's €126,560, and in Leitrim it's just over €121,000.

More than half houses for sale in the region are now selling in just over six months.
Overall throughout the country, house prices rose by an average of 4.3% during the first three months of this year.
That's the largest three-month increase in two years.
