Gino O'Boyle (Solidarity - People Before Profit) has been eliminated from the Sligo-Leitrim constituency after Count 12 this evening.
His 3,515 votes are now being distributed between the six remaining candidates. View the full Count 12 result here.
As it stands, Marian Harkin (Ind) and Marc MacSharry (FF) were set to take the second and third seats respectively - with a battle royale developing between MacSharry's running mate Eamon Scanlon and Fine Gael's Frank Feighan for the fourth and final seat.
