Sligo-Leitrim Mountain Rescue Team were tasked by An Garda Siochana to an incident on Saturday.
On the callout they found two individuals who were weatherbound.

Once at their location, the team assisted them using ropes down the steep slopes and back to the roadside.
Both were uninjured and well equipped with clothing and food.
