Sligo Leitrim TD against grouping of several constituency counties

The stitching of several counties into one Dáil constituency should be abandoned.

That's according to Sligo-Leitrim TD, Marc McSharry.

However, he does not take issue with two counties pooled together, like Longford-Westmeath.

But the Independent Deputy says any more than two means voters could become disenfranchised.
