As Limerick's hurlers prepare for their victorious homecoming this evening, they can thank a Sligo woman for helping them to their historic win.
Caroline Currid is the team's psychologist, who's now in her second season working with the squad.
In what was a nailbiting finish, the team held on to beat Galway by 3-16 to 2-18, ending a 45-year wait for the All-Ireland title.
But as Caroline told Ocean FM News, it was an agonising wait for that final whistle:
