UPDATE: An assessment of the site at the Sligo Racecourse Vaccination Centre has been done and it is now safe to open.
The centre will remain open until 7:30 this evening.
EARLIER STORY: Sligo Covid Vaccination Centre at Sligo Racecourse was forced to temporarily close this morning as a result of the ongoing wind gusts.
The situation is being monitored and it is now expected that the centre will re-open by 12 noon today.
