The Cranmore road has fully reopened following a serious crash that occurred in Sligo Town.
A woman in her 40s was struck by a van in a car park on Cranmore Road at around 7.30pm last evening.

The woman is in a serious condition at Sligo University Hospital.
A technical examination has taken place while a section of the road was closed earlier today.

Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses of this incident to come forward.
