A syndicate in Sligo is €250,000 richer this morning.
The group were the winners of the Lotto Plus 2 draw that was made on May 20th, after purchasing their ticket online.
The winners said that the quarter of a million euro prize was by far the biggest they had ever won.
It's the second lotto win in in the North West in a short number of weeks, after a Donegal player scooped €6.3 million in the middle of June.
