Sligo University Hospital was the third most overcrowded in Ireland today, according to the latest trolley watch report.
There were 17 people waiting for a bed there this morning.
It’s surpassed only by Limerick and Cork University Hospitals today.
Nationally, there were 290 admitted patients are waiting for beds at hospitals across the country today.
