Train services between Sligo and Dublin Connolly are operating as scheduled.

It’s after Gardaí and emergency services attending the scene of a tragic incident between Sligo and Collooney stations on Friday afternoon.

The line between Sligo and Collooney was closed for a number of hours as a result.

Passengers were transported to Boyle by bus before embarking on the train towards Dublin Connolly.
