Sligo traffic lights out until Christmas eve

Gardai have confirmed that the traffic lights on the inner relief road beside the bus station in Sligo Town won't be fixed until tomorrow, Christmas eve.

The lights have been out of order since earlier today, causing disruption and confusion.

Motorists are asked to exercise severe caution when approaching the area, and to use alternative routes if possible.
