Train to Sligo stopped at Edgeworthstown due to anti-social behaviour

Train to Sligo stopped at Edgeworthstown due to anti-social behaviour

Irish Rail has confirmed that the 13:05 train from Dublin to Sligo was stopped for a short period at

Edgeworthstown this afternoon because of anti-social behaviour.

However, a spokeswoman for the rail company said  the delay was only about five minutes.

Gardai were called to the train and dealt with the situation.
