Sligo/Leitrim TD says the government need to keep promises over Sligo Garda Station

A Sligo/Leitrim TD has said the Government must follow through on the promises they've made regarding Sligo Garda Station.

Summerhill College in Sligo has been earmarked as a site for a new Garda Station.

The Public Accounts Committee was told this week that a new site for a station in Sligo town is needed, but in the short term remedial works are the preference.

Deputy Marc McSharry says the Government must now stick to their word:
