Snow and ice forecast for north west

Snow is forecast to fall around the country over the coming days.

And the north and west of the country can be expected to see the worst of the weather

Met Eireann has issued a status yellow snow-ice warning for the entire country from tomorrow, Tuesday, morning until Saturday.

Met Eireann meteorologist Matthew Martin says the current warning will be updated tomorrow morning:
