A Broadband Connection Point has gone live at Sooey Hall in Sligo.
This BCP will provide high-speed broadband to the Sooey community in advance of homes and businesses receiving high-speed broadband. Sooey Hall will be one of ten locations in Sligo where the service will be supplied.
Sligo Drumcliffe Cllr Thomas Walsh says that with an investment of €25,000 the project will provide a valuable service to the people in the local community
