The St Joseph's Community Hospital Action Group in Donegal has expressed their disappointment with the short notice of a meeting they were due to hold a meeting with the Minister of State for Mental Health and Older People this week.
The group say the office of Minister Jim Daly only gave them 20 hours notice of a proposed meeting.
Fr John Joe Duffy is the chairperson of the St Joseph's Community Hospital Action Group in Stranorlar.
He says the last minute rushed nature of the meeting -which also excluded the majority of local councillors - is in keeping with the Government's style of dealing with the local the hospital group.
