A status yellow low temperature warning has been issued for counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.
Icy patches along with freezing fog and a few sleet or snow showers are expected from 7pm on Sunday night until 11am on Monday morning.

This will result in difficult travelling conditions and animal welfare issues overnight and early on Monday morning.
