Thousands of homes, businesses and farms across the North West are currently without power and that figure is rising rapidly as the storm tracks over the region.
As it stands, there’s around three thousand premises in Donegal Town hit while there’s a similar number in the Cranmore area of Sligo.
Over a thousand are impacted in Manorhamilton and Collooney.
While in Killybegs, there are over 800 customers currently affected.
There’s no estimated restoration time of now with the ESB saying it could take a significant number of days before power is restored to all areas.
They continue to closely monitor the storm impact on power supplies and all available resources stand ready to mobilise once safe to do so.
