Latest updates from Sligo County Council include that the N59 is flooded at the bridge approaching Ballisodare.
The road is passable with care and signage is in place.
There's a tree down on the Ballymote to Gurteen road, at the turn-off for Killavil.
Roads crews are en route to remove it.
The N15 near Grange is now clear after a large tree fell along the route earlier this morning.
There is a report of a tree down at Drumfin, Riverstown - road users are advised to approach the area with caution.
Motorists are asked to drive with extra care and please slow down to allow workers to work safely.
Meanwhile, Donegal County Council is urging the public to take extreme caution as Storm Isha approaches.
The County Council says it has pre-deployed sandbags in a number of high-risk areas, with more ready to be deployed if needed.
People are also being urged to keep their phones charged in case of power outages.
