Gardí in Sligo evacuated an area around a house last night due to a bomb scare.
An old device was found in a house on the Cleveragh Road at around 5pm yesterday evening.

Gardaí evacuated the area around the house where it was found and the Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit removed the item.
The road is now reopened today after it was closed for a time.
