Technical examination to be carried out of scene of Donegal house fire

A technical examination is due to be carried out today of the scene of a house fire in Donegal.

The blaze broke out at the derelict property on the Trusk Road at around 9.30pm last night.

The fire was brought under control by the Donegal Fire Service but extensive damage has been caused to the building.

Gardai say investigations are ongoing.

It's not yet known if the fire was started deliberately.
