An all-out strike at 70 Tesco stores tomorrow has been called off.
Mandate Trade Union has invited management at the company to attend talks at the Workplace Relations Commission.
A date has yet to be decided between the two parties.
The row at the company centres around pay and rosters for over 300 staff members who are on pre-1996 contracts.
The strike would have affected all outlets with staff on those contracts which includes the stores in Sligo town, Letterkenny and Carrick-on-Shannon.
