The North West has seen a small increase in house prices over the last 3 months

There has been a small increase in house prices across the North West in the last 3 months.

Sligo has seen an increase of 5.1% since March of this year. Leitrim has increased by 4% while Donegal by 1.4%.

The figures come from the Real Estate Alliance and they also note that there has been a drop in business from the North as people are more hesitant to make long term purchases due to Brexit.

Speaking to Ocean FM, REA Spokesperson, Healy Hynes said that Sligo has great value from a purchasers perspective
